Purpose |
|
Holy
Cross Lutheran School is owned and operated by Holy Cross Lutheran
Church. Its chief purpose is to provide Christian Education for
children of its members.
We
find it contrary to the purpose of Lutheran schools for them to be
sanctuaries from racial discrimination, socioeconomic issues,
unacceptable educational problems, transportation difficulties, and the
like. We maintain our school not as a substitute for the public
education available, but as an alternative that promotes the Christian
faith.
We currently have approximately 155 students in preschool
through eighth grade.

Tuition and Fees
Holy Cross School receives no state funding for operations. Therefore, Holy Cross Congregation underwrites the majority of the costs for operation of the school. However, the primary financial obligation lies with those who benefit from what the school has to offer, namely the parents of our students. All families are assessed tuition.
