Upcoming Events
Dear 4th Grade Families-
- Thank you, parents, for ALL of the delicious baked goods you provided for our Class Bake Sale! Each child will receive an equal portion of the profits to spend on lunch at the Loons Game this Friday, May 18.
- 4th graders have also been asked to sing with the Choristers on Confirmation Sunday, May 20. This will be a wonderful opportunity for the 4th grade to get a taste of the music program in the upper grades and also an honor to sing for Confirmation. Mr. Gladstone is very excited to include the 4th grade. The song Spirit Boundless was sent home today.
- Continued work on our latest chapter book:
Number the Stars, is a story about friendship and sacrifice during World War II, set in Copenhagen, Denmark. Students will receive a schedule for reading, and other activities. Please read this with your child as it is very interesting and eventful.
Homework
Please check your child's "home" folder each evening. Math books should come home every night! Journal Writings are due each Friday. All assignments are written on the board in the classroom. Thank you for your support!
