Our preschool picnic is planned for Thursday, May 31. We will meet at Robert's Park in Shields at 11:00 a.m. Please bring a dish to pass. (See sign-up sheet in the classroom.) For more information refer to the May newsletter and calendar. Hope to see you there!

Bible Lesson
Bible verse: Go . . . and [tell] the good news to all. Mark 16:15
Discovery point: Jesus loves all people everywhere. He wants us to tell others of His great love for them so they can also be in God's family.

The letter "Z" for zoo will come home this Monday. This completes our alphabet book. Thank you again for working so faithfully with your child on his/her letter book. In these early years you are setting the stage for a life time of learning!
Classroom Activities
Monday, May 21, "Z" if for Zoo. We will enoy some fun zoo activities and read Animal Strike at the Zoo by Karma Wilson. At circle time we will also talk about what animals need followed with a related activity.
Wednesday, May 23, we will continue our zoo theme.
Friday, May 25, there is no school. Memorial weekend begins. We return for our last day of school Wednesday, May 30.
